Sunday, July 27, 2008 GOOD FOOD - Juz Around the Corner...... Best Sarawak Laksa.......SlurpThis Sarawak Laksa is a very special delicacy to the people staying in East Malaysia. Very different from that of local laksa (Katong laksa and other Laksa which is very much coconut milk based + bloody cockers. Nothing special, except spicy. This simple bowl of Sarawak Laksa is Belancan soup based. Ingredients consist of Prawns, and shredded chicken, shredded eggs in it..... Not at all spicy and the right Bee Hoon to go with it is the thin type.....makes it tatse even nicer. And it is also been said, that there is and shall not be any other stalls in Singapore beside this particular stall that I have patronised for the past 2 years. For those Belacan lovers, this Laksa is a MUST Eat thingy. 独 一 无 二
